Jill Steinhour is director of industry strategy at Adobe. Jill joined Adobe Systems in June 2011 as director of high-tech and B2B strategy. She defined the company’s go-to-market strategy, provided sales enablement and marketing thought leadership and engaged with top-tier brands providing guidance on digital transformation and marketing excellence topics. Prior to Adobe, Jill held leadership positions at HP, Agilent and IBM.

Caitlin Poliska is senior director of marketing and sales operations and Adobe practice lead for the Pedowitz Group. With over 15 years of experience, she brings a wealth of expertise with strengths in customer relationship management, marketing automation, multichannel distribution, revenue and lead generation, as well as new solution design and development.

Laura Dimon is marketing operations manager at CommScope. Laura joined the company in 2017 and is responsible for global marketing operations, including overseeing the data and technology infrastructure, and marketing processes. She has significant experience in CRM and marketing automation tools. Prior to CommScope, Laura has worked at Backoffice Associates, IBM and Emptoris.
