Trends from Nearly 7,000 Marketing Leaders to Help You Lead Through Change

Today, 73% of customers say that a great experience with one brand raises their expectations of every brand. As marketing leaders, we are at the forefront of transforming our brands to meet this ever-increasing demand.

In Salesforce’s latest and biggest state of the world of all things marketing, they surveyed almost 7,000 marketing leaders on the new decade of marketing from every continent, spanning every industry, from small businesses to global brands, and across B2C, B2B and hybrid business models.

eMarketer was pleased to moderate a Tech-Talk Webinar featuring Chris Jacob, director of product marketing at Salesforce. He shared the latest insights from the trailblazers that can help marketers transform their strategy and campaigns—and compete successfully in the new decade ahead.

  • What’s exciting about innovative technologies like 5G and blockchain
  • What new challenges exist with data management and emerging tech like artificial intelligence
  • What obstacles organizations face with marketing channels, analytics and personalizing customer experiences
